Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of purchase order. Custom manufacturing lead times vary and will be provided in your order quote.

We ship via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. If you prefer to use your own carrier or shipping account, please notify us when placing your order.

Available shipping options include:

• Standard Ground Shipping

• 2-Day Expedited Shipping

• Overnight/Express Shipping (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Charges will be included on your official  invoice. We may offer free local delivery or pickup for customers in the Quakertown, PA area—please inquire when placing your order.

Transit times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. We will provide an estimated delivery window once your order ships. Please note: Rise Industries is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
